I was not aware that there was a body called the Internet Society, which was
established to oversee the formation of policies and protocols that defined how
persons used the internet. If so do they they function as an
authoritative body or are they an activist group seeking to promote ethical
practices?
Exactly why is Google a much more efficient search engine than others like Bing and Yahoo? Isn't the technology Google uses to send out its 'information crawlers' available to or known by their competitors? What gives Google the edge besides their simplistic user interface?
