Can CSS be used with any other structured document formats besides HTML for instance XML?
What do CSS2 and CSS3 add unto CSS in terms of improvement? Do they contain more complicated structures than CSS? Does one need to have a working knowledge of CSS in order to use CSS2 and CSS3 or can anyone learn them immediately?
