HTML and Web Authoring Software (Muddiest Points)
Is there main difference between HTML and XHTML? Is HTML more flexible than XHTML when it comes to userability and readability by various browsers?
I was reading that even if your HTML structure is accurate and generally web browsers could correctly display it, this may not be the case with all browsers. Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator were listed as two browsers that may give some trouble when displaying HTML.I think because of the growing obsolescence of these two browsers that much upgrading is not being done to enable them to keep up with updated HTML versions. Is this so?
